Site visit with the HOA board, a coverage map presented at the board meeting with the cost per unit, card access at both pedestrian gates and the vehicle gate, and cameras at the entrances with a night test.

What we did
Review of the existing system the client thought was defective, diagnosis of backlight from a camera aimed at the front window, relocation of two cameras and exposure adjustments, plus a new camera over the register and a night test under the store's real lighting.

What we did
Infrared beams along the entire perimeter tied into the alarm, cameras with night range in the truck yard, vehicle access control logging every entry and exit, and battery backup so a power outage doesn't leave the system blind.
