A gate without an obstruction sensor is a real danger to a child or a pet.
Opens on its own, and stops if anyone is in the way.
Back to servicesWe automate sliding, overhead and swing gates, with remotes, a keypad and opening from your phone, sizing the operator to the real weight of the gate.
What we check most closely is mechanical safety: photo eyes that stop the gate from closing if something crosses, force limits and a manual release for when the power is out. An operator smaller than the gate needs burns out within a year and leaves the gate stuck.
Everything below is part of the price we quote after the site visit.
The same service gets installed differently depending on the property and what needs protecting.
They can be installed on the same visit, so walls don't get opened twice.
Pick the service you need, and we'll schedule the visit this week.
