About this service
Scheduled visits where we clean lenses, make sure every camera still points where it should, confirm the recorder is keeping the agreed number of days and check that the hard drive isn't failing.
A recorder's hard drive runs around the clock and wears out. When it starts to fail, it leaves gaps in the footage without warning, and those gaps show up on exactly the night you need to review. That's why we check it first.
